For individuals

Is there a minimum commitment period?

Yes, the minimum commitment period is one month, extendable up to 12 months and then renewable.

Is it possible to buy the bike?

Yes, if you happen to fall in love with your Phaze bike, we’ll be delighted to sell it to you. More information on terms and conditions by email (sales@phaze.ch).

Does the subscription price vary according to duration?

Yes, the monthly cost will decrease according to the duration of the contract (169.-/m for 1 month to 129/m for 12 months).

What happens if I have a technical problem?

If you have a problem with your bike, you must notify us as quickly as possible by contacting us via e-mail (support@phaze.ch).

We will then organize the repair as quickly as possible.

What happens in case of breakage?

If your bike breaks during normal use, Phaze bike SA will repair it for you. In the event of more extensive breakage, the liability insurance of the person responsible will cover the repair costs.

What happens if the bike is stolen?

It is the user’s responsibility to always lock the bike when not in use, and to attach it to a fixed component if possible.

If the bike is stolen, the user must report it to the police as soon as possible and send us the report.

Once the theft report has been sent to us, we will do everything in our power to recover the bike.

If the bike is not found, our theft and damage insurance covers all costs, and we replace the bike as soon as possible*.

For employers and local authorities

Is there a minimum commitment period?

While the majority of our contracts have an average duration of 2 years, the minimum duration is 6 months.

What is included in the service?

Our corporate solution includes, alongside our services for individuals, a reservation management application connected to a smart lock that enables analysis of the use you make of your bikes.

What are the prices and terms for this service?
